Here you can find the Mail Configure, our Webmail solution and the link to our anti-SPAM portal.
In the Mail Configure you can change the account settings.
You'll need the following credentials to log in: domain and password
This information was provided by UniWeb to the account administrator upon creation of the account.
When installing the mailbox in an e-mail client please make sure that:
-the username/login name is the entire e-mail address ( e.g. support@uniweb.eu )
-the POP3 / IMAP4 server is mail.uniweb.be
-the SMTP server is smtp.uniweb.be.
If you decide to install your e-mail address on multiple devices, we advice you to use IMAP.
With IMAP your e-mails and folders are synchronized with our mailserver as opposed to POP, which downloads all e-mails.

If you want to configure your SPAM settings for the mailboxes on your account and if you want them to start receiving quarantine reminders, please log on to our anti-SPAM portal located on the following URL:

In de Mail Configure kan je de account instellingen wijzigen.
Om in te loggen heb je de volgende gegevens nodig: domain and password
Deze informatie werd door UniWeb bezorgd aan de beheerder bij het aanmaken van de account.
Waar je moet op letten bij het instellen van een mailbox in een e-mail client:
-de gebruikersnaam voor je mailbox is het volledig e-mailadres
-de inkomende server voor POP3 / IMAP4 is mail.uniweb.be
-de SMTP server is smtp.uniweb.be
Als je een e-mailadres op verschillende toestellen wilt installeren, raden wij je aan om IMAP te gebruiken.
Met IMAP synchroniseer je de e-mails en folder met onze mailserver, waarbij via POP de e-mails gedownload worden.
Je kan je gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord testen door in de Webmail in te loggen: https://webmail.uniweb.be
Als je per mailbox de configuratie van de spamfilter wilt beheren of je wilt de quarantine reminders ontvangen, kan je op ons anti-SPAM portaal terecht:

Pour configurer votre compte il faut accéder le Mail Configure.
Vous aurez besoin des identifiants suivants: domain and password
Cet information est fourni à l'administrateur par UniWeb après la création de la compte.
Faites attention aux choses suivantes si vous voulez installer votre adresse e-mail dans une programme e-mail:
- le nom d'utilisateur pour votre boîte e-mail c'est l'adresse e-mail complète
- le serveur entrant (POP/IMAP) c'est mail.uniweb.be
- le serveur SMTP c'est le serveur sortant de smtp.uniweb.be
Si vous utilisez votre messagerie sur plusieurs machines nous vous conseillons de choisir IMAP.
Avec IMAP vous synchronisez avec notre serveur au lieu de télécharger les e-mails avec POP.
